Acceptable Use Policy

These Acceptable Use Policies (hereinafter "Policies") define the rules and conditions for using the Fakturuj.si service, operated by Elite Digital Services, LLC (hereinafter "Provider"). These Policies form an inseparable part of the Terms and Conditions. Violation of these Policies may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

1. Permitted Use

The Fakturuj.si service is intended exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Creating, managing and sending invoices, price quotes, delivery notes and related business documents.
  • Managing a client (customer) database for invoicing purposes.
  • Recording received payments and tracking the payment status of invoices.
  • Exporting data in supported formats (PDF, CSV and others).
  • Integration with external systems via the service's API interface.
  • Generating payment QR codes on invoices.

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Unlawful and Harmful Activities

The following activities are prohibited when using the service:

  • Using the service to invoice for illegal businesses, goods or services prohibited by law.
  • Creating fictitious or fraudulent invoices for the purpose of fraud, money laundering or financing terrorist activities.
  • Using the service for the purpose of tax evasion or other violations of tax regulations.
  • Any activity that violates the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the User operates.

2.2 Content Violations

  • Providing false, misleading or deceptive information on invoices and business documents.
  • Uploading content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties (copyright, trademarks, patents).
  • Publishing defamatory, obscene, threatening or discriminatory content through the service.

2.3 Technical Misuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Users' accounts, the service's servers or networks.
  • Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling or other attempts to obtain the source code of the service.
  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the service in a manner not explicitly permitted through the API.
  • Uploading, transmitting or distributing malware, viruses, trojans or other malicious software.
  • Conducting or attempting DDoS attacks or other attacks on the service's infrastructure.

2.4 Service Misuse

  • Using the service for purposes other than invoicing and the management of business documents.
  • Selling, renting or reselling access to the service without the Provider's written consent.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via the service's email functionality.
  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, suspension or termination of an existing account.

3. Content Standards

The User is obliged to ensure that content created through the service meets the following standards:

  • All data on invoices and business documents must be accurate and truthful.
  • Invoices must comply with the relevant tax and accounting legislation of the country in which the User operates.
  • Invoices must contain all legally required elements (identification of supplier and customer, description of goods/services, price, date of issue and due date, etc.).

4. Resource Usage Limits

The following limits apply to ensure fair use of the service for all Users:

  • Storage: storage space limits for logos, attachments and other files are defined within your subscription.
  • API rate limits: the number of API requests is limited to a reasonable number per time period. Current limits are stated in the API documentation.
  • Email limits: the number of sent emails (invoices, notifications) is limited to prevent misuse. If you reach the limit, please contact support.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Provider reserves the right to take the following measures to ensure compliance with these Policies:

  1. Monitoring: Automated monitoring of service usage to detect unusual patterns or violations.
  2. Investigation: Investigating suspected violations of these Policies, including reviewing account content.
  3. Warning: Issuing a written warning to the User with a call to remedy the violation.
  4. Temporary suspension: Temporary suspension of access to the account during the investigation of a serious violation.
  5. Permanent termination: Permanent termination of the account in the event of a serious or repeated violation without entitlement to a refund.
  6. Content removal: Removal of content that violates these Policies or applicable laws.
  7. Reporting to authorities: Reporting suspected criminal activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

If you suspect a violation of these Policies by another User, please report it to:

In the report, provide as detailed information as possible about the violation, including evidence (screenshots, links, etc.). All reports will be investigated confidentially.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Policies with at least 30 days' notice via email and/or an in-service notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes shall be deemed acceptance of the updated Policies.
