This document (the "Policy") describes how Verteco digital services, s.r.o, daniela Dlabača 21, 010 Žilina, 01 Žilina, Slovak Republic, in its capacity as the operator of the Fakturuj.si service (hereinafter referred to as "Provider" or "we"), processes and protects your personal data when using our online invoicing service in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
This document informs you about what personal data we collect, for what purposes, on what legal basis, to whom we may disclose it, how long we keep it and what rights you have in relation to the processing of your personal data.

The company is responsible for processing your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

- Registration data: first name, last name, e-mail address, password (in encrypted form)
- Billing data: address, registration number, VAT number, bank details
- Client details: the names, contact details and billing information of your clients
- Payment data: information about your payments for the service
- Usage data: information about your interaction with our service

12. Limitation of liability
The Provider uses reasonable efforts to protect your personal data but, to the maximum extent permitted by law, excludes liability for any loss, damage or unauthorised access to personal data caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including cyber-attacks, hacking incidents, technical failures, server outages, acts of third parties or acts of God.
The User acknowledges that no data transmission system over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and the Provider cannot guarantee absolute security.
